PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover + Paypal.

SALES TAX

Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to Texas addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We make every effort to ship items within 3 business days. We will contact you if there is a delay in your shipment. If you need your products expedited, we offer overnight and 2nd Day shipping for an additional charge. RAW is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been sent by a shipping carrier.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. This does not include sales tax.

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes are periodically sent out via email or through various social media accounts. These coupon codes are only valid for one time use per customer. You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required on any order. We're a small business, so we appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can. You can notify us via email of your cancellation.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS

RAW has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.
